I think this position you keep presenting is a half truth. Of course a coaching change isn’t some silver bullet. But it is PART of the solution path so that doesn’t mean don’t do it until everything else is perfect. That’s a silly approach.

Will it be a challenge? Of course. A risk? A financial hit? Of course. Still needs to be done.

Or in your eyes everyone should just accept garbage and keep on supporting giving donating etc because that’s the ‘requirement’ of being a so called true fan.

How about we all realize VT isn’t winning any natty but can at least be a competent winning program in this lowly conf and it will need to make a better staff hire to do so. Seems pretty reasonable to me, really not sure where the issue is - I would think the vast majority of the fanbase could and would align with that.
