I think if he hadn’t stood over the guy nothing would have been called. I


initially thought call was for taunting because I didn’t ( and still don’t ) think it was targeting. Also if horse collar was not called on 41 because he was in the tackle box ( a rule I had never heard ) why not unnecessary roughness call? Add in that Garbutt was tackled on 2 point conversion. But oh well I know the old story bad calls ( and no calls) were missed both ways and they had more penalties than us but ours seem to involve bigger consequences.
