Defense was soft at the end, offense is garbage still. This is a bad ND team. This is a bad conference (ACC). This is a team (VT) that is about to get smoked for the rest of the year. And they should. They have no "Grit". They're the softest bunch of Hokies I have ever seen and they've been allowed to be that way. Because they think they're something. They aren't. They're scared. They haven't accomplished a damn thing in over a decade. No weak ass ACC championship, regular bowl losses, losses to ODU and Lynchburg, it is garbage. Hot terrible garbage. They're inferior to any team with a pulse. We have these nice facilities, rabid fans, tradition, etc. They don't deserve it. They haven't earned it. That is all stuff that was built 20 years ago and wasted. It was earned by players long before now. They showed more fight (like trash) after the game was done. We haven't had grit for over a decade. Justin Fuente is a nice guy. I like the guy. But this is who we are with him. What a waste. Clean house. Clean it now. Stop the bleeding. Hire somebody that wants to win (Clawson probably would be a fool to come here now, maybe Freeze?). If I hear something else about effin desired outcomes I am gonna lose it. If I see us go inside the 5 and come away with a field goal at best, I will friggin lose it. For all of you that defend this garbage, you are a problem. You honestly are good with this? You're good with the game management and play calling? You're good with being nervous while playing MTSU, Richmond, losing to Liberty, ODU? You're good with losing the way we do? To teams like WVU who is clearly not good? Or are you still riding the UNC win, which at this point looks like junk? Or are you cool with losing seasons? Are you good with ending every damn positive streak we've ever had? How about if (when) we lose to UVA? Will that be enough? When will you be good with a change? Honestly, we were better with Frank in his declining years, we made what seemed to be a good coaching hire, but we were wrong. And that happens. But we extended the dude and then retained after last year? After this body of work????? At what point are you all done with this junk? If we go 6-6 against this weak schedule? or 5-7? or 4-8? or 3-9? Certainly not out of the question. This isn't the Frank Beamer turnaround. This is more of the same.
