It doesn't recognize my login. Then it let me create a new account

It doesn't recognize my login. Then it let me create a new account named BigDave. But then when I tried to login, it said invalid username/password. So I went to lost password, entered "BigDave", and hit Continue and nothing happens. (I opened the network tab of the developer console and there's not even a network request, so maybe this hasn't even been implemented yet?) The "Forgot Your Username/Email" link does nothing.

The "Please login if you wish to reply" link within the message board view does nothing.

Then I tried creating another account and the Submit button got a 502.
