Well they spent the first two weeks concentrating on movement

They weren't even allowed to pick up a bat.

"We’re going to concentrate on fixing our bodies - strength and conditioning," Coach D'Amour said.

I do not know specifics, but other than a few bumps and bruises, my impression is the team is fairly healthy.

I guess we'll find out Friday night....lol
