If there is "minimal improvement" on the offense side, there will be a

dismissal of the OC at years end, but other than that change, Fu will be back next year. If there is little improvement the following year with the new OC, Fu will be history. One big problem is finding a good OC that wants to take a job, that may not be a several year package deal !
