is on average actual talent in the ACC besides Clemson FSU MIAMI and Duke is Marginal. In regards to Pickett most 3 or low 4 star QBs take a redshirt year. VT and others could have had a 4 year starter if they stuck with a kid and developed them. What I originally said was that VT fans were delusional, meaning for some unknown reason they believe the program is more than it is and expectations are overblown.
