GT lost their starting QB in the first half of the NIU game. The backup QB led them to a comeback but the defense gave up a late score and 2-pt conversion.

Defense has gotten better each week since Week 1 and the offense is much more explosive with Simms back.

They are still going to lose more games (as will every team in the Coastal), but I wouldn't count out any team in the Coastal right now winning the division.
