Tony Elliot's scheme is very simple and relies heavily on elite players

making plays. With a new and unproven QB, an OL that isn't really playing well he should be working to create situations where his players can succeed. He isn't doing that. I never was excited about his name being thrown around last year. I'm glad we didn't make a lateral move from a coaching standpoint.
