Coaching is the difference maker in this conference

Beamer and Foster were generally pretty good at getting the most out of our 3 stars on a consistent basis. Especially when making special teams matter. We should absolutely dominant Richmond with the players we have.

This staff is just too inconsistent and still making stupid coaching decisions. Putting your back up QB in at the 6 yard line? Calling QB runs with your starting QB (with a sore shoulder) during what is essentially garbage time? Not the first time they have done that either.
