From what I can find

Darrell Dickey was the QB and Co-OC during Fu tenure. Corn served as Co-OC I think as well.

I'd guess VT couldn't afford to bring Dickey. He stayed another year or so at Memphis...then jumped to TAMU for 800k a year as a QB coach. Lol
