Wife's car may be totaled ...


by a friggin rodent eating through wires in the engine compartment. Car suddenly started vibrating horribly and making awful noices on Sunday so we didn't drive it. Had it towed to get looked at. Multiple cables had been chewed through and apparently got through one that handled the injectors and one of them quit firing. They have to rewire everything and THEN decide if any components were damaged in the process.

I am wondering if my auto policy covers rodent damage. Too early to drink heavily?
