work per week? Any sense of how much they sacrifice of their personal lives? Time away from their children? Missing their kids' school events and sporting events? Maybe Fuente, Hamilton, Teerlinck, etc. are lazy and not working hard. I suppose that's a possiblity. It just seems extremely unlikely to me. The culture around big boy football at virtually every program is one of extreme work ethic. Coaches are known to generally have terrible work-life balance.

Maybe none of the aforementioned are GOOD coaches. That's certainly a possiblity. In fact, I'd argue that's more likely than that they aren't hard working.

It just strikes me as a lazy and overly simple explanation. We're not getting the results we want, therefore the coaches must not be trying very hard. Really? That's REALLY what you think the problem is? C'mon.
