Yikes! Just checked the price on two new XRPs $229?


I bought two in May 2020 for $111 including tax. they've sure gone up in price.

I would have said at my price buy the name brands, the off brands seemed pretty worthless unless you're just doing a home project that only required a few cuts. And my rotary saw will only do that a few times.

So yeah, big project/off site get the name brand. small projects where you can be charging one while using the other while working for an hour might be OK. And of course, can't speak for every offbrand out there.

these are the older 18V guys.
