Don’t use lingo. I have absolutely no qualms with the original poster or “OP” encouraging big donors to step up to the plate and encourage change. Seems like you have a problem with the original poster trying to actually have a conversation with said big donors. If the big donors choose mediocrity then I guess they will get mediocrity, but the program will suffer all the more when the rank-and-file just get sick of it and bail.
