IMO, it isn’t about accepting or not accepting a certain level

of success. I just cheer for VT. If they’re really good, wonderful. If not, okay.

I’m not narcissistic enough to think anything I do will impact the outcome.

I’m not entitled enough to think I should decide what level of success is acceptable for VT’s football program.

So I’m fundamentally agreeing with you. Life is pretty enjoyable when you just cheer for your team and then get on with life.
