People who say fire the coaches after year 2, yes, I would agree with you

People that think you hold onto mediocre coaches in Year 6 because of fear of the unknown are working off of hope, not results. We could be Nebraska in a few years at that point but we don't have their highs and glory days so we aren't losing as much either.
Or we could hit the right hire on the next one and see a positive direction in the program. Hope and fear versus reality. Reality wins every time.
