If you don't need the local channels I'd go with Sling...


...I've used them all at one time (free trials) and Sling has the best price. The only hassle with them is they have sime of their sports options split scross their Orange and Blue packages , but it's easy to switch packages when needed to accommodate your needs. Even with the sports extra packages needed for the ACCN , still looking at $45/mo.
