I suspect the ACC requested a noon game


Or VT did. Prevents excessive (although surely not all) drunkenness. It will be difficult for a WVU fan to wake up, violate his sister/cousin, jump start the ‘92 Impala, find somebody to blow for the court-mandated auto breathalyzer, roll up on the stadium on bald retreads, make it through the dazed masses in the stadium lines, AND put on a proper drunk, all by noon. The only optional action item in that list is the drunk part.
