It's an insult to VT. They can air any ND vs ACC game on the ACCN, but...

Having two ranked teams on the ACCN, when there are so many lesser games getting nationwide coverage is an insult. There really isn't any other way to take it.

Now if we had lost to UNC & WVU staying unranked, then playing on the ACCN makes sense. It wouldn't be worthy of nationwide coverage.
