We are not identifying lower star talent and just developing them. Yes we have had some rough times on the recruiting trail. But for the most part we are recruiting in the same space we have for the past 25 years. Yes we do sometimes find guys overlooked, like Dorian Strong, but we are not Cincinnati. Look at this year's class if you want proof. We need to continue to turn the corner from the past couple of rough years.
