How does mobile ticketing work if someone gives me tickets?


Not sure where else to ask. My dad isn't going to the game tomorrow and sent me pics of his tickets from the app so I could use them. Will that work? Is there something else he should have done? I don't want to disappoint my kids at the gate. Thx.
