Thats is NOT self defense.

He was not in immediate danger he had no other option to resolve.
He cant use that as a defense.
Especially is he was intoxicated and there was an officer as close as the video shows.
Nada.. as an adult you best legal option us to walk away, contact the police.
Charging someone while you ticket neighbor videos it is NOT your best option.
