...what?
what on earth was on display last night that makes you think we're **favorites**?
The D was much improved, and the O was snappy in the 1st half as it frequently is under Fu. Now you can chalk up the missing-in-action Offense in the 2nd Half to deliberate game plan and that's at least debatable, but we were nail biting until the end and UNC wasn't showing us all that (the D was clearly gassed and wasnt able to keep the momentum up, but UNC still wasnt able to exploit it, which is good for us but also not something we have the greatest amount of control over; thats more a UNC is overrated thing)- and thats not the marks of a "favorite" thats a scrappy underdog managing to get the win.
I mean, maybe the team has more tricks up their sleeves and this was, in fact, all down to plan and happened as ordained and just happens to look like a scrappy underdog rising to the occasion and overperforming. I still have my doubts. Will be glad to feast on crow at the end of the year if need be.
