I can't get that to work. Just have them join when it's their time.

We have tried that and don't see a way at this time.

Teams is always updating though, so I wouldn't be surprised if you'll be able to split one meeting into multiple times by attendee at some point in the future. I'm sure Microsoft has gotten that request.
