See this is one area where the


"it's easy" and the "why did we do this" folks diverge

I'm old, but fairly tech competent - I'll figure it out - but I haven't used a digital wallet, not because I don't think I can - just haven't seen the need until now, and I'll make it happen.

So, Step X - Add to you digital wallet. Then call up QR code.

Sounds easy - and eventually will be.

But for NOW, that requires some to have whole additional app/step to become familiar with, before they can even try and follow the steps on Hokiesports.com mobile ticket app. So don't look at me with three eyes and wonder why I think this is a royal pain.
