Beginning preparations for Brunswick stew.

Smoked chickens. One for dinner tonight, the others pulled and frozen for Brunswick stew. Next we will smoke a pork butt or two, then we will finish up with a smoked brisket. I will probably just double up the chicken and skip the turkey.

In a few months we will have all the ingredients!
