I have heard, or read - maybe right here on the world famous lounge -


IPAs are simply to brew, and very forgiving on mistakes. But a Pilsner...Well, you won't see many brewer's attempt that. And that's a wise policy, a wise policy. But if you did. I can assure you, if you did, that the sight of a pilsner would cause you to dismiss all thoughts of IPAs and you would stand... how shall I put it? In awe.
