Anyone have a familiarity with a fifth metatarsal fracture otherwise

known as Dancer's Fracture? I have a staff member that will need to be put on light duty for 4 weeks. I wondering what the limitations are of the work. Can they file and scan documents walking to and from the copier or do they just have to sit the entire time?
