If it really is a "me first" world in college football. I wouldn't think it would be advantageous to you as a four star player to take money to pay for your tuition at a school like OSU, Bama, or Clemson for that matter. Sure having your tuition paid is nice, but if you're a four star player you can get a scholarship at another school, and honestly you would have a shot at more NIL money if you actually play. That's when businesses and sponsors really want to invest you, once you've proved yourself. Being the 91st guy at an elite school wouldn't keep even the most grounded four star recruit happy IMO.
