The kid takes some heat at times for his shooting, but you can't question his heart and will to succeed. He has a lot to be proud of. He stuck it out through a tough coaching transition and led the team to success through hard work. That team was decimated after Brent left. It was not easy to stick it out knowing the challenge that was in front of him. Bede will be a success in life because of those qualities. Congrats to him and his entire family. We get disillusioned by college sports at times.... kids like Bede need to be celebrated and seen as the type of success story that college athletics should be about.
