Having trouble transferring tickets


I split season tickets with someone else. However, I put everything in my name. When I go to the individual tickets I only have the option to sell. I would like to transfer my buddy his season tickets. Anyone else having this issue? I have read all the directions and FAQ’s. Any help is appreciated. Thanks and GO HOKIES!!!
