I miss sports in the 1980s


Hockey had some great teams and it was so exciting watching all the playoffs but especially the allstar team of Edmonton

Even the NBA was amazing with Lakers, celtics, pistons and then the bulls.

Baseball had so many characters and those Yankees Dodgers world series were epic.

Tennis was loaded with so many personalities and battles mostly Americans and Swedes

The NFL was the greatest. Dallas, Skins and Giants. 49ers dominating the 80s. Dolphins arial assault. Earl Campbell. Walter Payton. The chargers/dolphins game. The 85 Bears defense. The 86 Giants. The Dallas Cowboys under Tom Landry. The hogs. Lawrence Taylor. Theismann. Riggins. Montana to Dwight Clark. John Elway and the drive.

Boxing - Hagler/Leonard/Hearns....Mancini, Tyson
