Except Clemson and FSU may have more "value" than VT and NC State

Under this new TV market strategy, it is possible for the SEC to have "representation" in VA and NC without needing to have a school from the respective state as a member of the conference. For example, there may be more SEC "fans" than NC State "fans" living in the state of NC. The same may even be true for VA. Instead of looking to add members in order to add a state to the conference's footprint, the SEC may base future expansion decisions on which school has more "national appeal."
