No doubt this was wheeling & dealing in smoke filled rooms for months.


TX/OU probably bet the B12 folds, making the penalties and exit fees moot. I can see any permutations of UNC, FSU, and Clemson doing the same thing. If you think about it from the 5000 foot view, it’s sort of mind blowing that publicly funded academic institutions conduct their affairs like this.
