Rod Gilmore said that the BigXII should call the DOJ on OU and Texas.

Not sure if that is an effective strategy or not. I imagine if politics got involved, it would be more so the courts. Not sure what you mean by politics getting involved in the NIL. I am actually surprised politics hasn't been MORE involved. State legislatures in particular. They control the purse strings for these state universities. Surprised the Texas legislature allowed A&M to leave in the first place. Haven't heard much from US Senators from the effected states (Kansas? Iowa? WV?). Not saying they haven't said or done anything. Just not anything that made the news.
