If they get USC, then UCLA, Cal and Stanford are coming with them. It will also ruin the rest of the Pac12 as a major conference, even if they scoop up what's left if the BigXII.

And the 4x16 notion for some also means a 4-team playoff with league champs only. That's not happening unless they get rid of OOC games.
