I can believe


that percentage breakdown on average and it might even be larger. I think March Madness is the sole reason things have not moved faster as nobody wants to be known as the killer of the Golden Goose known as the NCAA basketball tournament and the significant resources that tourney contributes to running the NCAA and the other sports. If there were to be a breakaway nobody knows yet what the afterlife looks like for larger and smaller schools, tourney splits, etc..
