How many votes would WVU get from the ACC presidents?

Virginia Tech, Lousiville, Pitt, FSU, and Clemson are likely "Yes" votes. Maybe the former Big East private schools like BC, Syracuse and Miami would support WVU? I can't see Duke, UNC, Wake, and UVA letting them in. Georgia Tech, NC State and Notre Dame would be the deciding voters.
