I vote for Juliana as well.


She's a very talented musician- on a lot of her albums, she pretty much does it all, from songwriting to playing most of the instruments. And despite falling off the commercial radar after the 90's, the quality of her output since then has remained high.

I was lucky enough to get to meet her (after an acoustic show she and Evan Dando did in Arlington) and she's very nice and gracious in person.
