I'd gotten into the habit of constantly checking ABC stores for interesting

bourbons. But at this point I've got my "special occasion" bottle of Bookers, plus Woodford Double Oaked, Baker's, and B Trace on the shelf.

Don't really need any more until I whittle my way through those.

As you say, they are meant to be consumed, not collected.
