been made publicly known then you should have no trouble supporting your statement with a link other than Ohio State AD Gene Smith pandering to pennlive. Just so we are clear, I am not saying PSU was not happy to get regional partners, they were. But, that was a fortunate by product, not the initial impetus. That was all Jim Delaney and TV money.
