Anticipating a move by FBS to four 16-team conferences in the next few
Years . . .
Notre dame and West Virginia to the ACC seems the likely move
There could be another scenario in which Notre dame still maintains they’re special and want to be 64+1. In that case the ACC gets West Virginia and Cincinnati
But let’s assume the 63 hold their ground and force Notre dame to be 64 and to the ACC.
In that scenario, does the ACC take West Virginia or Cincinnati given that the school the ACC doesn’t take will go to the Big Ten?
Do we want the ‘eers in the ACC and have to deal with their shenanigans? Or do we make the Big ten deal with it, but it then become a windfall for the ‘eers because they’re now in the Big Ten
Of course another scenario which would/should concern the ACC is Notre dame to the big ten and Cincinnati and West Virginia to the ACC
