I believe WVU will be the next ACC school, there are too many positive

reasons, why this will happen. Both the ACC and WVU will compliment each other by this union. Furthermore, this union should have been accomplished many years ago. But, ND will not budge from their independent status, as it has been said before, " it's just not in our D&A" !
