I know trends have been down and I have seen some positive signs under Fuente. IMHO these are areas that have improved trends.
Offensive Line Recruiting
Quarterback Play except for turnovers
More numerous wide receivers
Points and Yards gained

Bad Signs
Defense has been trending down giving up more points and more yards
Special Teams have not been special in all phases
Too many mental mistakes in close games. A sense of not knowing what to do in close games and losing them because of mishandling of time on the clock, special teams mistakes, incomprehensible play calling by staying with same play calling with 6 minutes to go and down by 10 points.
Not being prepared for games and not being able to change game plan on the fly based upon what other team is doing. This happened in games against Liberty last year and other teams.
I realize players play the game but it is the coaches job to give the players the best chance to win and there has been several games where the coaching has contributed in losses, by some incomprehensible mental breakdown of coaching staff not knowing the overall situation in a game especially concerning time management and handling of special teams.
