ACC strategy

1. Get the Comcast deal done. Lots of cable subscriptions for the ACCN will generate money.
2. Hope for the state governments in Texas and Oklahoma to sabotage the deal. Maybe make a few phone calls to nudge them in that direction. VT has experience there.
3. Be prepared to counteroffer Texas, Oklahoma, TCU, OSU, and Kansas a deal to jump to the ACC. This would placate the state governments and provide a flood of new ACCN subscriptions. The 6th should be ND. Play hardball, but fall back to WVU or Cincinnati to round out at 20. This is a hail Mary and may never work. But it would solidify the ACC as a power 3 conference.
