An outsider’s attempt

1. ND, BC, Miami, FSU
2. UNC, Duke, NC St, Wake
3. UVA, VT, WVU, Pitt
4. UL, GT, Syracuse, Clemson

Granted, there would probably have to be some sort of protected crossovers to keep games like UVA/UNC going. But I’m not sure there’s a flawless way to divvy everyone up while keeping everyone happy.
