Lol. What administrator doesn’t have the will to improve their ranking?

They didn’t need these Greensboro cronies to desire that? I do think FSU squashing the ACC for sure bet a decade helped to lead to football success and money. That probably improved their name recognition and rankings some. The real reason is because the ACC sucked so bad at football.
