The ACC is the perfect conference to poach from for football. Easy geographic and cultural fits with the SEC or Big10. We easily have 7 schools that fit the SEC profile. And we have at least 3-4 schools that fit the Big10 profile.

The PAC has no alternative because of geography. So they either stand still or they pick up Big12 pieces. But they don't really have a risk of losing anything. In fact, they might come out better than the Big10 because they might get to expand into Texas.
