1UP is probably the best. But probably most expensive. All metal so no

plastic parts to degrade in sunlight. Not sure if the 1.25" hitch racks support 4 bikes or not.

North Shore makes good racks for mounting bikes vertically off the hitch. But again the 1.25" hitch might not support 4 bikes.
